Hey Rich. We got it printed through Lulu, the print-on-demand site. Price wise, you'd have to look into it yourself as the price depends on the size of book, kind of paper and even how many you order, so i can't really remember what it actually cost. Relatively cheap though.
Wish we'd ordered more than 5 copies though.
